Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Global Product Management experience within the medical device industry.
• Proven success managing the full product lifecycle, including opportunity identification, VOC research, business case development, product development, regulatory approvals, commercialization, and pricing strategy.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive growth through strategic product management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, domestic and international.
• Must reside within commutable distance to Brea, CA and Pomona, CA; onsite four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial success of your product category, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Develop and execute global portfolio strategies and roadmaps based on market trends and VOC insights.
• Identify unmet customer needs and transform VOC feedback into opportunities and business cases.
• Lead upstream marketing activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams to bring products to market.
• Support regional and global teams with product training, market intelligence, forecasting, pricing, and launch execution.
• Act as a product and market expert, monitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics.
• Analyze market, sales, and financial data to drive strategic recommendations and investments.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with timely delivery of objectives.
