Job summary

PKR seeks a Global Product Manager to shape its medical device and data solutions portfolio, leading lifecycle strategy for the automated device platform and driving a data analytics roadmap for clinicians, hospital admins, and internal stakeholders.

You will collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical, and Commercial teams to define requirements and prioritize the next‑generation roadmap, while leading a digital solution capturing treatment, device, and outcomes data globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, CS, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years global product management in medical devices or software.
• Experience with regulated healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, HL7/FHIR, IEC 62304.
• Experience launching global medical device products.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap and lifecycle strategy for current automated device install base.
• Support long-term SIOP demand planning for devices and consumables.
• Translate input from physicians and hospital staff into actionable user needs.
• Define requirements with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial teams.
• Lead the digital solution roadmap for data across the global install base.
• Define data architecture, integrations, interoperability, privacy compliance.
• Shape dashboards, reporting tools, analytics with LIS/HIS connectivity.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and vendors.
• Support pricing, packaging, go-to-market, ROI analysis.
• Track product performance and post-launch feedback.
