Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Experience in Trade & Working Capital, Payments, Investment Banking or Credit Risk.
• Experience working with regulators and local governance bodies.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets; own product performance and resiliency planning.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to commercialization and future development; manage risks and measure outcomes.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices across discovery, ideation, and delivery.
• Manage product-level P&L, balance sheet, RWA and capital planning and forecasting.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and signoffs prior to launch; engage with audit and controls.
• Coordinate with regulators and governance bodies and drive cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
