Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in finance or banking.
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance.
• Senior leadership experience in Trade Finance product management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience navigating regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of Product Management in Structured Working Capital including updates, approvals, and expansion of product capabilities.
• Manage product governance for risk and controls in regulatory forums; present findings.
• Develop and maintain programmatic roadmaps by identifying client opportunities and strategies; lead revenue-driven engagements.
• Collaborate with Origination and Transactor teams to design structured solutions enhancing client experience and working capital.
• Partner with Product Solutions Delivery to ensure robust product delivery, execution, and portfolio monitoring within risk frameworks.
• Define the strategic vision for Structured Working Capital product and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
