Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated seeks a Product/Program Launch leader to drive new product introductions across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will guide engineering, design, and management, ensuring APQP/LPDS stage gates are met and launches are flawless.

You will coordinate training, documentation, and safe launch protocols, while driving continuous improvement and lessons learned for future programs. 40-hour weeks with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 6–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Supervisory/Leadership experience.
• Proficient in estimating, planning, tracking, and reporting project status; change requests; project scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage new product launch technicians to ensure smooth design-to-implementation transitions at manufacturing sites.
• Ensure readiness for verification trips across global sites and develop detailed timelines.
• Represent customer voice to R&D partners and resolve issues affecting launches and quality.
