Job summary

You’ll partner with international and central teams to understand user needs, identify growth opportunities and turn them into measurable improvements across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and monetization. Qualifications

• Experience in product growth and growth strategy.
• Hands-on ownership of product experiments.
• Analytical fluency in funnel modeling and growth economics.
• Ability to ship improvements across markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, eng, and design to turn insights into intuitive experiences.
• Diagnose funnel performance using event-level data and cohort analysis.
• Build agentic workflows to automate research and experiments.
• Own international growth roadmap including onboarding and monetization.
• Coordinate with regional marketers on tests improving activation.
