• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft across complex, shipped products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for growth experiences across ChatGPT.
• Design and improve experiences across lifecycle stages: discovery, onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into clear hypotheses, prototypes, and polished product experiences.
• Set a high bar for interaction design, visual craft, systems thinking, content, and end-to-end coherence.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, research, and go-to-market teams to shape strategy and execution.
• Use quantitative data, experimentation, research, and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and evaluate outcomes.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into approachable experiences for a broad range of users.
• Move between longer-term product vision and fast, iterative execution.
• Contribute reusable patterns and insights that strengthen growth experiences across ChatGPT.
