Job summary

OTTO Engineering, Inc. seeks a Project Manager II to coordinate multi-discipline teams from concept to production.

The role involves scheduling, budgeting, and phase-gate adherence while leading cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in project management and hands-on engineering experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Previous hands-on engineering experience – concept through production.
• Microsoft Project (or equivalent) experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop product requirements, schedules, and milestones that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Apply modern project management tools and techniques to keep a project on schedule and within budget.
• Run weekly project meetings to keep a cross-functional team informed and on task.
• Present monthly project reviews to senior management – schedule, costs, issues.
