Job summary

Ergodyne is seeking a Product Developer to partner with Product Management, Design and Engineering to bring innovative products from concept to production readiness. You will manage development projects, coordinate prototypes, and collaborate with global suppliers to ensure manufacturability, cost, and quality targets are met.

You will drive phase-gate processes, address technical challenges, and support successful product commercialization while advancing development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• 5-7+ years product development experience.
• Proficiency using design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot, etc).
• Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with phase-gate product development processes and timeline management.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage assigned product development projects from concept through production readiness.
• Coordinate prototype and development sample creation and reviews with suppliers.
• Collaborate with domestic and international suppliers to resolve technical issues and optimize manufacturability.
• Execute and document the product development process from concept approval to production readiness.
• Improve products through enhancements in manufacturability, performance, quality, materials and cost.
• Manage multiple projects, maintaining schedules, milestones, risks and deliverables.
