Job summary

LifeStraw is seeking a Product Coordinator in Baltimore to bridge product ideation, development and global sourcing. You will work across marketing, sales, engineering, quality and external partners to support new products and packaging development, while maintaining project timelines and product information.

Based in Baltimore, you will report to the Director of Product and collaborate with teams across time zones. A PMP or similar credential is a plus; travel up to 15% may be required.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Ability to navigate multiple functional groups to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Support development activities to bring new products to market on schedule.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, quality and other teams to back development initiatives and customer experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on products and technology for cross‑functional teams.
• Assist in creating packaging art, manuals, product copy and related assets.
• Prepare PowerPoints and report the product pipeline; maintain the knowledge repository.
