Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality science, STEM field or equivalent.
• Familiarity with product compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Typing, sitting, bending.
• Occasional travel (10-15%).

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufactured assemblies for compliance with EU RoHS, REACH, China RoHS, and customer restricted substance requirements.
• Interface with suppliers to obtain substance information and report findings.
• Perform regular vendor/supplier surveys for new and evolving regulations; conflict minerals reporting.
• Product compliance evaluations for new material approvals.
• Customer compliance requests and surveys.
• Maintain and develop internal tools for product compliance determinations.
