Job summary

Partner Company is a fully remote-first organization developing digital products that connect cultures and communities. We seek a Product Compliance Counsel to ensure products, marketing, and AI features meet regulatory standards across the EU and US.

The role involves reviewing material for compliance, monitoring evolving laws, and providing internal guidance and training to a globally distributed team. English and Russian fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Law with EU/US consumer protection knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and bilingual English/Russian (B2).
• Experience with digital platforms and AI governance.

• As Product Compliance Counsel, you will ensure digital products, marketing activities, and emerging technologies meet legal and regulatory requirements across the EU and US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review product specifications, marketing materials, and AI-enabled features for compliance with consumer protection, advertising, and platform policies.
• Monitor legislative developments, support sanctions compliance, and deliver compliance training and internal guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Law with knowledge of EU and US consumer protection and advertising regulations.
