Job summary

Chromalox is seeking a Procurement Excellence Manager to lead global procurement transformation initiatives, optimize processes, and drive data-driven decision making. You will partner across functions to build scalable capabilities and governance, delivering measurable improvements in procurement maturity.

The role requires on-site presence at multiple locations and a capability to align diverse teams toward a strategic, value-focused procurement model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical insights.
• Experience developing processes, governance models, dashboards, reporting, or performance management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Procurement Excellence roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and ways of working across global procurement.
• Identify capability gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and change adoption across global sites.
• Develop data-driven insights and performance dashboards to track savings and KPIs.
