Job summary

Chromalox, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an organized and proactive HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources team. You will support Industrial Process Heating and Electric HeatTrace teams, driving HR and talent initiatives to enhance engagement and business performance.

You will partner with ETS and Group HR leadership to deliver effective HR strategies, coach leaders, and ensure confidentiality and integrity in people-related decisions. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources.
• Robust relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Strong learning orientation, curiosity, and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop close working relationships with leaders and their teams by applying strong business acumen.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence to deliver effective HR strategies.
• Focus on talent initiatives that support growth and competitiveness.
• Advise people managers on HR issues while maintaining confidentiality and credibility.
• Provide support on a wide range of HR matters in line with group practices and values.
• Coordinate with HR partners to implement and execute the people strategy for the client group.
• Coach managers and leaders to create high-performing, engaging work environments.
• Partner with the HR team to implement operational and talent strategies.
• Bring best practices and external perspectives to strategic HR discussions.
