Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a global procurement learning strategy aligned to business needs.
• Designs, delivers, and scales onboarding, functional skills, systems, and leadership programs.
• Leads the Future Leaders Early Talent Development Program, including graduate hiring, rotations, and mentorship.
• Establishes a procurement competency framework and learning roadmap across regions.
• Partners with HR and external providers to ensure global learning standards.
• Measures training impact through feedback, assessments, and outcomes, iterating for improvement.
• Leverages digital platforms and analytics for scalable, personalized learning experiences.
• Coaches direct reports on performance and career development.
