In this role, you will lead the design, execution, and evolution of our procurement capability agenda, shaping the learning culture and internal talent pipeline that powers our global procurement function, while collaborating with leaders across Global Procurement and HR. You will also ensure delivery of training programs, development of functional competencies, and early career talent initiatives. Director Level: Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain environments (preferably in Pharma/BioPharma)

Salary Range (annually) $183,100.00 - $305,200.00
