• Define and govern an enterprise skills ontology and partner with HR Technology in Workday Talent Optimization.
• Own the company-wide talent review process and translate outcomes into insights.
• Lead onboarding and assimilation programs to accelerate integration.
• Build and elevate Regeneron’s early career program.
• Identify stretch assignments and design IDP tools for growth.
• Champion internal mobility and enable opportunities across the global org.
• Measure program effectiveness with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and key customers to align on development plans.
