Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10–15 years in procurement or supply chain.
• Proven success leading training and change programs in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience building early career talent programs such as graduate schemes or internships.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a global procurement learning and development strategy aligned to business needs and future skills.
• Designs, delivers, and scales training programs spanning onboarding, functional skills, systems, and leadership development.
• Leads the Future Leaders Early Talent Development Program, including graduate hiring, rotations, and mentorship.
• Establishes a procurement competency framework and learning roadmap across regions and categories.
• Partners with HR, procurement leaders, and external providers to ensure consistent global learning standards.
• Measures training impact through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes, iterating for continuous improvement.
• Leverages digital learning platforms and analytics to enable scalable, personalized learning experiences.
• Coaches and guides direct reports on performance and career development, modeling leadership.
