Evergen in Alachua, FL is seeking a Procurement & Planning Director/Senior Director to build and lead a newly established global function responsible for global procurement strategy, supply and material planning, and multi-site operational analytics.

Reporting to EVP of Operations, the role drives alignment across US and Germany, shapes processes, people, and technology, and supports growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related discipline.
• 12+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• 7+ years in people leadership and multi-site teams.
• Experience with global procurement in regulated manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead global procurement strategy and planning across multiple sites.
• Oversee supply and material planning and analytics.
• Drive alignment across US and Europe, develop ERP and AI-enabled decision support.
