Evergen is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Global Operations Engineering to establish and lead the engineering function supporting growth across U.S. manufacturing facilities and collaborating with German operations.

The role shapes capabilities, standards, automation, and technology roadmaps to scale manufacturing, packaging, validation, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the EVP of Operations, the leader will drive strategy, governance, and capital investments across sites, while

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is an engineering leader who can build scalable systems and capabilities.
• Experience leading multi-site engineering strategy, capital programs, and product launches.
• Experience in highly regulated medical device, biologics, pharmaceutical, or CDMO environments.

• Lead global Process & Manufacturing Engineering and Packaging Engineering.
• Oversee Capital Projects, Engineering Governance, and technology transfer.
• Drive AI adoption, automation, and digital manufacturing.
