The role involves supporting site procurement activities, supplier qualification, and cost‑reduction programs while coordinating with the Global Procurement Organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in supply chain, 3+ years of related experience, and proficiency with ERP systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field was required; Master’s is a plus.
• 3 years of supply chain experience, including experience with ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and using data analytics tools (Power BI) to assess performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are available for production and inventory is managed efficiently.
• Contribute to multiyear cost savings initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Lead local eSourcing activities and manage monthly eSourcing plans.
• Support cash management by optimizing EOQ, payment terms, and MRP exceptions.
• Collaborate with Category Management to ensure on-time PO placement under contracts.
• Maintain supplier relationships and prepare performance and risk reports at a country level.
• Assist with contract management for local suppliers and supplier selection.
