Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an Associate-level professional to support Procurement, Logistics, and Sales Operations.

Based in San Francisco, CA, you will purchase materials for residential projects and manage shipping to job sites, with 10% travel for domestic and international assignments. You will monitor shipments, review BOMs, place POs, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely, cost-efficient logistics while maintaining vendor and internal team communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1–3 years of related field experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics/supply chain.
• Ability to travel internationally with a valid passport.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization of multiple projects and tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, implementation and facilitation skills.
• Self-motivated team player with good collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor shipment status and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Review BOM with engineering teams for projects.
• Place purchase orders and track PO status.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and schedule project deliveries to job sites.
• Plan transportation routes, select mode, and track shipments to reduce costs.
• Understand shipping procedures and required documentation.
• Continuously track inbound/outbound shipments and save documents.
• Update daily PO tracking spreadsheet with delivery and invoicing data.
• Facilitate effective communication between vendors and internal teams.
• Adhere to logistics processes and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
