Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
• 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to travel by car and travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Forecast the monthly consumption of raw materials based on the monthly production plan.
• Create a monthly PO plan for procurement of raw materials and share it with HQ.
• Issue POs according to PRs and approvals via the Global Procurement Portal.
• Update supply/demand and order sheets based on shipping status; collect shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing list).
• Share shipping documents with Logistics for import customs declaration.
• Check daily stock in SAP and report to Purchasing Manager.
• Maintain safety stock in warehouse for mass production >30 days.
• Write payment requests after goods receipt or shipping documents are received.
• Verify PO/GR/IV quantities in SAP and ensure pricing consistency.
• Forecast input prices to support cost calculations per OM Team requests.
• Set KPI and monthly performance for the Purchasing Manager.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and monitor progress monthly.
• Forecast consumption with suppliers at least 1 month ahead for production planning.
• Prepare weekly/monthly meeting materials and participate in meetings.
• Register new vendors in Hanwha Qcells Global Procurement Portal System.
