Job summary

CBRE seeks a Global Senior Procurement Director to lead a geographically dispersed team and shape a globally consistent procurement operating model across regions. You will partner with client stakeholders and CBRE leadership to drive strategic initiatives, governance, and value delivery.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, champion change, and guide transformation programs while aligning procurement with broader business objectives and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 12+ years of progressive procurement leadership.
• Experience leading global procurement organizations in matrixed environments.
• Proven success in procurement transformation initiatives across large organizations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in technology or enterprise accounts is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed procurement organization with 5 direct reports and 3 indirect reports.
• Partner with client stakeholders and CBRE leadership to align on strategic procurement initiatives across regions.
• Develop and implement a globally consistent procurement operating model for governance and scalability.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders presenting strategies and business cases.
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives to enhance processes and supplier performance.
• Build relationships across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to navigate a global organization.
• Lead change management with internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position procurement as a strategic enabler.
• Apply understanding of technology industry environments to support client objectives.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and governance processes for continuous improvement.
