  • Drive procurement transformation initiatives that enhance processes, supplier performance, operational efficiency, and overall value delivery to the client.
  • Build strong relationships across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, understanding the key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders necessary to successfully navigate a complex global organization.
  • Lead change management efforts by bringing internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders along the transformation journey through effective communication, partnership, and executive-level engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring procurement is viewed as a strategic enabler rather than a transactional function.
  • Apply a strong understanding of technology-industry environments, culture, and pace to effectively support client objectives and anticipate evolving business needs.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, governance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives that support strategic procurement goals and drive measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success leading procurement transformation initiatives, including driving stakeholder alignment, influencing change, and implementing new processes, governance frameworks, or operating models across large organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently engage client leadership, internal executives, and senior stakeholders while navigating competing priorities and driving consensus.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholder groups, effectively leading teams and organizations through periods of change and transformation.
  • Experience developing high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a track record of serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and representing procurement as a strategic business partner.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex business challenges, facilitate decision-making, and resolve difficult situations with diplomacy and confidence.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance business objectives, operational requirements, supplier partnerships, and client expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments requiring agility, executive judgment, and the ability to quickly assess situations, identify key stakeholders, and drive results.
