Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement for a client account, build supplier relationships, and lead a team of procurement professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• MBA or related Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement relationships globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, Cushman & Wakefield Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a procurement strategy based on identified opportunities.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFP's, analyze responses, negotiate and use other techniques as required to obtain the expected results.
• Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics to optimize team resource allocation, forecast workload demands, and improve capacity planning.
