Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement across a client account. You will lead a team, develop strategies, and strengthen supplier relationships to achieve cost-effective purchasing and value for the portfolio.

You will work with finance and operations, leveraging AI analytics and ML models to optimize capacity planning, supplier scorecards, and workload forecasting while ensuring compliance and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA or related Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Procurement relationship globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of all goals, metrics & KPIs.
• Analyze account-wide spend, vendors, operations and processes to continually identify opportunities for value creation and develop procurement strategy.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate to obtain results.
• Interpret contracts, negotiate with vendors and maintain contractual records.
