Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee the procurement function across a client account.

You will manage strategy, supplier relationships, and performance metrics in a role that partners with finance, operations, and other departments. Responsibilities include leading complex RFPs, negotiating, and developing supplier scorecards while leveraging AI-powered analytics to forecast workload and improve capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA or related Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years of Procurement/Strategic Sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement relationships globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a procurement strategy based on identified opportunities.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate terms.
• Create supplier scorecards and monitor performance; address quality, delivery or service issues.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to understand procurement needs.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics to optimize workload forecasting and capacity planning.
• Ensure contract compliance and proper records retention.
