Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee the procurement function across a client account portfolio.

You will lead a team of procurement professionals, shape strategies, and collaborate with finance, operations and other departments to drive value and efficiency. The role emphasizes managing supplier performance, negotiating complex contracts, and leveraging AI analytics for workload forecasting and capacity planning, with a focus on delivering measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
MBA or related master's degree preferred.
7+ years' experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Oversee procurement relationships globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, Cushman & Wakefield Corporate and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement procurement strategy based on identified opportunities.
Lead high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate terms and drive results.
Interpret contracts, advise on rights and obligations, and ensure records retention.
