Job summary

LATICRETE International in the United States is seeking a Purchases/Procurement professional to manage strategic sourcing for materials and services. You will coordinate with Planning, Operations, Finance, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, cost targets, and quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong MRP knowledge, and proven negotiation and analytical skills. The role involves domestic and international supplier interaction and travel up to 5–10%.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Proven 3+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and inventory management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: implement stocking models and review stock levels to optimize inventory.
• Procurement: create and manage purchase orders, track orders, and coordinate inbound logistics.
• Supplier Relationship Management: maintain strong relations and escalate supplier issues as needed.
• Collaboration: partner with Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance for aligned purchasing actions.
• Travel: ability to travel domestically and internationally 5-10%.
