Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an eProcurement Systems Manager to define requirements, design and functionality of the eProcurement tool and to become the subject matter expert for implementation, testing, training, and end-user communication.

The role drives strategic procurement initiatives, collaborates across teams, and leads complex projects that deliver measurable business value. This is a senior contributor role within a global/north America context, offering growth and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional procurement or supply chain initiatives.
• Experience with category management and vendor negotiations.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and external partners.
• Experience using data analytics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supplier enablement and P2P lifecycle projects.
• Lead design, testing, training, and rollout of eProcurement processes.
• Coordinate with global and North America project teams to meet requirements.
• Provide dashboards and analytics to drive transparency and accountability.
• Support change management and end-user communications.
