Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Procurement sourcing and category management.
• Experience negotiating complex service contracts and master agreements.
• Ability to assess TCO, ROI and vendor risk for IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for Marketing, HR, Consulting and Finance categories in the Americas.
• Develop and execute sourcing projects, with global category project exposure.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and SLAs; manage vendor relationships and scorecards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across regions to drive savings and compliance.
• Ensure ethical sourcing and regulatory compliance across contracts.
