• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in procurement.
• Demonstrated success responsible for strategic procurement in a regulated industry.
• Experience with SAP and Fishbowl ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize procurement initiatives to enable business growth.
• Lead supplier relocations and manage global sourcing.
• Develop mitigation strategies for procurement risks and collaborate with global teams.
• Identify and qualify global suppliers that support site performance and long-term goals.
• Build supplier relationships to improve cost, quality, lead time and service.
• Track KPIs including PPV, COGS, and supplier performance.
