Job summary

Maersk is seeking a leader to drive service delivery process transformation for MEC and Ground Freight. You will own taxonomy, drive productivity initiatives, and partner with Product, Implementation, and Platform teams to deliver standardized, scalable processes and strong controls.

You will lead cross-functional change efforts, ensure readiness for new implementations, and steer governance with regional teams to optimize performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in process mapping, redesign, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and metrics definition abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proven track record in leading transformation and change initiatives.
• Understanding of operational excellence/lean methodology.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEC taxonomy: process mapping, policies and controls.
• Review and drive productivity initiatives.
• Serve as SME for Product and Implementation teams.
• Create and govern standard process frameworks for implementations and BAU activities.
• Coordinate with GPLs for cross-topic expertise outside SVD.
• Lead GRC assessments and business reviews for MEC.
• Align with Platform and SMEs to optimize processes and sign-off.
• Prioritize technology requirements and scalable process design; act as process owner.
• Define performance and compliance metrics; monitor adoption with regional teams.
• Represent frontline feedback in roadmap and product delivery.
• Review new business readiness before implementation kickoff.
• Manage health metrics and standardization index for MEC.
• Drive business improvement initiatives.
