Job summary

Sonoco seeks a Global Process Lead to own end-to-end global processes within the Global Shared Services model. You will align initiatives across geographies, drive process governance, and deliver world-class improvements using lean and six-sigma methodologies.

You will manage a diverse, remote team and engage senior stakeholders to secure buy-in while shaping the strategic roadmap and ensuring compliance with established processes and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the assigned functional area.
• Strong process knowledge and subject matter expertise.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in.
• Exceptional communication and business acumen are essential.
• Experience in project management and people leadership.
• Knowledge of lean and six-sigma methodologies.
• Ability to manage remote and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion global process standards across the enterprise.
• Drive faster and more reliable end-to-end processes with governance.
• Own the strategic roadmap for the global process function.
• Map processes, identify improvements, implement initiatives, monitor results.
