Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Operations Project Leader to drive global strategic operations for growing Power Tools segments. The ideal candidate will possess a big-picture strategic vision with extensive project management experience in operations or manufacturing.

The role requires strong problem solving, change management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across global sites, including significant travel. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
• Graduate studies in business areas are a plus.
• Proven experience managing medium to high complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Set manufacturing strategies for Europe to support global growth.
• Lead make vs buy analyses and determine optimal locations.
• Define manufacturing footprint and capability for long-term growth in Europe.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalable sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate supply chain to enable efficient distribution and logistics.
• Maintain project visibility and provide status updates to leadership.
• Frame business risks/opportunities for senior management with options and plans.
• Schedule and run project meetings with clear agendas and thorough documentation.
• Communicate clearly to keep all groups aligned on project timelines.
• Demonstrate urgency and deliver information promptly to stakeholders.
• Maintain strategic cross-functional mindset and impact of decisions.
