Job summary

Applied Materials, a global leader in materials engineering solutions, seeks a dedicated professional to develop procedures, document best practices, and support new product service challenges at our Santa Clara location. You will work with cross-functional teams to test, install, retrofit, and maintain complex systems, while contributing to CAPA and root-cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop new procedures and BKMs to service new products.
• Contribute to the FMECA process.
• Participate in or own first chamber and build & test in Apps lab.
• Address issues with Engineering and collaborate with Manufacturing.
• Develop procedures to install, retrofit and maintain products.
• Create customer-facing guides and training material with Global Technical Training.
• Train Customer Engineers, Process Engineers and TPS assigned to customers prior to shipping.
• Identify parts to stock and coordinate with AGS for proper locations.
