Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in operations, CI, customer care, or service ops.
• Minimum 3 years leading CI initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, BPM, or related methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving process optimization or change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide CI initiatives to boost performance, CX, productivity, and service metrics.
• Define and monitor KPIs: turnaround time, quality, service levels, satisfaction, backlog, and productivity.
• Direct cross-functional teams on process optimization, workflow automation, systems integration, and digital transformation.
