Job summary

Aero Alliance is seeking a Global Process Engineer to develop and implement capacity and CapEx strategies aligned with long‑term customer demand and business objectives. You will standardize processes, drive cost reduction, and introduce new technologies across global shops while coaching cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes lean methods, takt cycles, and process standardization under a 1P1P framework to improve SQDC performance and asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• 7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality.
• 7+ years in factory operations roles focused on SQDC, capacity, and capex with lean experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy for capacity & CapEx aligned with long-term demand and objectives.
• Maintain global capacity models for Aero Alliance shops using Takt Cycle charts.
• Coach teams to improve output using lean tools and waste elimination.
• Lead investigations into failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
