Job summary

Aero Alliance is seeking a Global Process Engineer to establish and deploy global manufacturing standards across its factories. You will lead reliability improvements, standardize tooling and processes, and drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve quality.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, mentorship of engineers, and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies. Remote work is allowed with on-site presence, and relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• 7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality.
• 5+ years in a technical role (manufacturing engineer or similar) with expertise in Tooling, Fixtures, Material Lifting Devices and Fixtures.
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics.
• Project Management skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling, fixture, and lift fixture process & equipment standards; deploy global standards across factories.
• Develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes; define global process and equipment standards.
• Define, control, and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets including testing, maintenance, and spare parts strategy.
• Validate engineering specs and shop floor application of new processes; coordinate with EH&S, quality, materials, etc.
• Lead investigations into failures and chronic issues; implement corrective actions to eliminate recurrence.
• Provide technical support for asset management and spare parts optimization; train local engineers.
