Job summary

Amazon in Dallas, TX is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Central Operations Process Engineering team. The role focuses on reducing variation, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement across the Global Customer Fulfillment network to strengthen process knowledge and RBAC standards.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop and implement SOPs, and train leaders to ensure consistent performance across the super region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance objectives and metrics across the site and super region to identify improvement opportunities.
• Audit, teach, and drive execution to benchmark standards and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to support daily operations within process control limits.
• Partner with FC leaders to execute standard work and process improvements.
• Train operational leaders to reduce variation in process standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AFT, Learning and Talent Development, and ACES to deploy network-wide initiatives.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to FCs across the region; travel may occur outside the region for trainings.
