As a global process engineer, you will develop, optimize, and standardize processes across our global testing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.

You’ll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across global facilities.

  • Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to monitor process performance and identify trends or anomalies.

  • Lead or participate in process improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and NPD, to drive process improvements and innovations.

  • Provide training and support to local teams on new processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, changes, and improvements to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

  • Ensure that all processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.

What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial or Process engineering.

  • Requires a thorough understanding of process mapping, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

  • Understands and creates process maps for the testing organization.

  • Experience working with project management.

  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes.

  • Working knowledge of software like Microsoft Projects, Visio, etc.

  • Bonus: second language Spanish, Vietnamese or Chinese.
