As a global process engineer, you will develop, optimize, and standardize processes across our testing operations worldwide, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing existing processes to identify improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality compliance.
2. Developing and implementing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across global facilities.
3. Using data analysis tools to monitor process performance and identify trends.
4. Leading or participating in process improvement projects aligned with business goals.
5. Collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and NPD teams to drive process innovations.
6. Training local teams on new processes and tools.
7. Maintaining documentation of processes and improvements for knowledge transfer and compliance.
8. Ensuring processes meet industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.

Tools and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or process engineering.
• Understanding of process mapping, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Experience with process mapping for testing organizations.
• Project management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and process visualization abilities.
• Knowledge of software like Microsoft Projects and Visio.
• Bonus: proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese.
