Celanese is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Process Controls & Automation to lead strategic direction for process control across Celanese's manufacturing network in the USA. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical or related discipline.
15+ years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, or related process manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of DCS systems and industrial automation technologies.
Experience implementing process control systems, testing, commissioning, and startup support.

Responsibilities

Develop, own, and drive the global Process Control Roadmap.
Support upgrades of DCS, PLC, and process control systems across Celanese sites.
Lead a global team of BPCS and Process Control experts.
Provide expert troubleshooting and leadership for critical control challenges.
