Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking a Proactive Sourcing Specialist to support a leading insurance client, delivering strategic sourcing, market research, and talent mapping across EMEA and UK&I. You will build high-quality pipelines, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers to align priorities and drive hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Apply your strategic sourcing expertise to support AMS recruiters, client Recruitment Partners, and Hiring Managers in identifying and attracting top talent.
• Use your research and talent mapping skills to interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements, and develop innovative sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers to align on hiring priorities and provide updates on sourcing progress and market insights.
• Build strong talent pipelines by using Boolean search and sourcing across LinkedIn, company websites, and other tools.
• Drive improvements in candidate pipeline quality and hiring efficiency through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Support the recruitment process by assisting with interview scheduling, job postings, and other administrative tasks.
