AMS is seeking a German-speaking Proactive Sourcing Specialist to support a global pharmaceutical client across the DACH region. You will drive talent mapping, market research, and strategic sourcing to build high-quality pipelines and deliver measurable hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, international pharma environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing, direct search, headhunting, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
Full professional fluency in German and English, with ability to communicate with candidates and stakeholders across the DACH region.

Responsibilities

Identify and attract high-quality talent across the DACH region.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct search, headhunting, networking, and passive candidate engagement.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities and provide pipeline updates.
