Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with CPA certification or Bar membership.
• Typically 5+ years of work experience in professional services or tax.
• Strong estate and wealth planning knowledge and U.S. personal and trust income tax.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation skills, and ability to challenge senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored tax advice and compliance for complex family and business structures.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning and governance strategies.
• Guide cross-border multi-jurisdictional teams and manage client sessions.
• Translate complex data into client-ready insights and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and drive client value.
