Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and CPA or bar membership; typically 5+ years in professional tax.
• Strong estate and wealth planning knowledge, plus US personal and trust income tax.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation skills, and ability to challenge peers.
• Understanding of automated tax processing systems and relevant tax laws.
• Experience managing budgets and projects; 4-year degree required.

Responsabilités

• Lead tailored tax advice and compliance for complex family and business structures.
• Support clients in wealth transfer, succession planning and governance strategies.
• Navigate multijurisdictional tax matters and cross-border issues.
• Coach and supervise teams to deliver high-quality initiatives with risk management.
