Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Private Tax to lead tailored tax advice and compliance for cross-border, multi-jurisdictional families. You will guide complex planning for wealth transfer, governance, and succession, while supervising teams to deliver high-quality work.

You will work with diverse clients and collaborate across global teams, traveling as needed to support client engagements and build trusted relationships within EY Private Tax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and CPA certification or bar membership; at least 5 years in professional tax.
• Strong knowledge of estate and wealth planning; familiarity with federal and state personal and trust income tax.
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills; able to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders.
• Understanding of automated tax processing systems and related laws.

Responsibilities
