BECO Holding Company seeks a Category Program Manager – Private Label to lead private label sub-categories, analyze data, and partner with global suppliers to improve category performance. You will drive product development, assortment optimization, and sourcing initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to grow revenue and margin across markets.

Travel internationally as needed and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Product Development, Buying, Procurement, or related commercial role.
• Experience developing business cases and analyzing product performance.
• Experience working with international suppliers or private label products.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned private label sub-categories and monitor sales, profitability and key metrics.
• Identify growth and margin opportunities; develop business cases for new products, conversions, and sourcing.
• Support product development: specs, supplier selection, sampling and commercialization.
• Optimize assortment, SKU rationalization, and lifecycle decisions for category performance.
• Participate in vendor sourcing and negotiations to secure pricing, quality and supply continuity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and other teams to execute strategies.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for strategic decisions.
• Travel internationally as needed to visit suppliers and support development initiatives.
